Develop Social Networking Site (SNS) Responsive Website + App

This is like super urgent (like within-a-week urgent).

I know this is almost like crazy.

My friends and I are working on a school (but super realistic) project, and we would like to develop a social network site which is available and responsive in both a website format and an app format.

As you know it is a school thing, it can be very primitive, as long as it looks great visually.

We have got the overall design in mind, we just need it to be built.

I am afraid I don't know how much it will cost for any of you experts. So please just name a price.
