Dropbox Integration Web App - PDF File Management

I need an DropBox app that will allow users to grant API access to thier documents. Sample App: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] web App will setup a folder in the users dropbox account using dropbox webhooks. See samples listed above. And it link to users account in our wordpress site (note: the user will be logged into their account when installing this web app, so user data will be accessible during install.) 2. The web App will receive webhooks data and be placed on my web server (ie. domain). 3. When a webhook is triggered, a php script (ie. wordpress plugin via wp_schedule_event hook) will pull the new file and rename it. (ie. [login to view URL] or [login to view URL]). The info will be pulled from Wordpress sql user data. 4. At the same time the users account will be updated to show a new file has been added to (preflight) and their account will be billed or credit deducted. 5. The file is then uploaded with the php script (or wordpress action hook) to an Amazon S3 storage bin for preflight. (a person will do the rest of the preflight process). Project Requirements: 1.
