Edit a laravel & Vue JS plugin

Hi there,

I have a simple web shop script I bought for 35$ which is made on Laravel & Vue JS, the script is working perfectly fine already but we would like to customize it a little bit, doing the following:

1- Let admins add order to a customer from admin panel.

2- Let admins be able to edit customer's order

3- Allow attachments on Comments/Messages (exists on system on other page, just needs to be copied)

4- Disable the wallet, can just remove the text from menu

5- in order page, which is made in vue js, make it 5 steps instead of 3 steps, and change drop down menu into image checkbox where the image retrieved from DB

6- Add a few fields in registration page, and let these fields appear in customer's page

7- add last seen for every customer to know when they logged in

do you have experience in Javascript, CSS and most importantly PHP.? if yes can you do the above amendments for 30$? it is our maximum budget, how long does it take?
