I need to have this removed ASAP, I know there is a way to do it fast with SSH and I do have a connection to do it. I even have the command that needs to be run. Just not sure how to do it.

Will need a ftp or ssh access to remove this hack but i'm afraid there are others existed in the site. Even some poison code which allowed hacker to backdoor to your site. So that will need to make a comprehensive checking. Cost for this task depend on time to work. Thanks.

Hiya, I'm a linux systems admin and PHP coder with 15+ years experience, and I specialise in this type of clean-up. I've done it before for numerous customers. As you rightly say, the base64 encoded stuff can be removed quite quickly if you have SSH access, but the more important point is to work out how the attacker got into your system and then to prevent them from doing it again and just re-applying the same stuff. I specialise in that too. I can start more or less straight away and provide you a "full service" for removing the base64 stuff and auditing to work out how the attacker got in. Thereafter I can also offer a monthly retainer arrangement to monitor/optimise/secure your server to make sure this or anything like it never happens again.
