Existing system modification and enhancement
This project builds on an existing program. The existing system is currently fully operational and utilizes a mySql database. The existing program does the following:
1. Displays a transparent background overlay video (webm video format) and a time delayed call to action overlay button over an existing clients web page by executing a short JS script that has been placed in the header of the client’s webpage.
The object of this project is to separate the overlay call to action button system and create a simple member system that is Id and password protected. To add the capability of displaying an overlay aweber/getresponse form instead of the button. To create a good looking GUI member site that has three different membership levels and allows the member once logged in to configure the overlay buttons that are to be added to their site. This is to be combined as part of the existing button capabilities but created as if the transparent overlay video system did not exist and the button system stands as its own system. There are only two member pages, not including the initial login page and password reset page. Page one: Member data page. Page two: Member button page. Administrator pages are almost identical to the member pages with a couple of additional field displayed and the ability to add new members. The system needs to be very responsive to mobile users.

Note: the above is really a very good description of the project and if you do adjust your bid there will need to be a good reason.
