Facial recognition website
We are looking to build a facial recognition system based on Microsoft azure or Amazon recognition.
We are envisioning a system that will have two parts front end – where the customer will upload their photo and backend – where our staff will load photos that the customers will compare against.
The goal is to alert the customer via sms or email of a match between our photo and theirs.
System
1) Photos to be stored in either azure or aws.
2) Create an automated back up system for the uploaded photos
3) Ensure optimum call via API

Look and feel
Minimalist. Simple colors with few pages/links i.e.
1. Account
(a) -photos submitted (show the photos)
(b) -account balance (make payment)
(c) -Bio (name, email, phone number)
2. Search
(a) -results
(b) -alerts
(c) -search locations (show map radius)
3. Contact us
Payment
Mpesa api will be used. [login to view URL]
Customers will pay for their photos to be compared against our database.
Ensure each search deducts from the customer balance.
Payment will be based on distance/radius from the capital.
Photos
Most photos will have the eyes closed. The photos will be gathered from hospitals – un identified patients, mostly in coma. Ensure search quality is maintained.
The website should guide on the photos that will give the best results. i.e size, facial landmarks captured etc.
Security
This is key to the project. We need to understand your security measure before going on with the project.
Terms of service.
We will have full ownership of the source code/project.
The person who delivers on it should be ready and willing to work with us for the next one year.
Expect work-based payments.
Treat the project as confidential. Do not include it in your portfolio.
