Hi. I have plenty of experience with forms, so this shouldn't be a problem for me. It's not using any framework or CMS, right? So basically you want: - The birth date to be stored correctly - " I need nice alerts to pop up when not used." <-- you mean when the birth date is not used? Because right now any other field is marked as "required", which shows a little message if you forgot to fill it. Do you want that for the birth date too? - "The Receipt field is coded so that the same number may not be used more than once." <-- so is it not doing what it should or are you stating this just in case?
