Fix Various Bugs that Require a Strong knowledge of PHP & Javascript

I need the following bugs fixed on the site gldining.com. WOULD LIKE SOMEONE TO START RIGHT AWAY. **PLEASE LOOK AT ALL ISSUES BEFORE BIDDING. **ALL GENERAL BIDS WITH FORM TEXT WILL BE IGNORED GENERAL ISSUES 1) Below the 'contact' section on every page there is a small background section that appears with a 'NOT Found' error. This happens on all pages. There should be no background shown between these last two sections on every page 2) There is a formatting error in the general footer of each restaurant page with the 'blackbird' information appearing out of line 3) The 'subscribe' page jump goes down too far and should take the user to the top of the section so they can read the text which currently gets blocked 4) Initial Page loading on the home screen is very long - would like to reduce loading time. CHROME RELATED ISSUES 1) When the restaurant links are clicked on (such as blackbird, or blu) the new page does not scroll. This also happens on the homepage sometimes as well 2) When these links are clicked on such as [login to view URL] the top menu navigation stops working MOBILE ISSUES 1) When the mobile side menu is brought in, it does not scroll down to see the choices if the phone size is too small. It just scrolls the screen. When the user scrolls anywhere on the Left Menu when it is brought out from the side - the Menu should scroll. 2) The 'Contact' section of each page needs the padding adjusted so the 'drop us a note' text has 15 px top padding, and sits only 5 px above the 'message' box. 3) The header text in the 'apply section' entitled 'Work the Good Life' overlaps and spaces akwardly on mobile. This should be fixed.
