Hello Everyone, If you are an experienced Wordpress Developer, please read on! We are custom web design company looking for a Wordpress web developer. Location Requirements: We are looking for a developer in the same time zone as the USA. We are not looking for overseas developers at this moment. You must be in our time zone as you need to be available during our hours. What you need for this position: - Ability to adapt to changes - Problem solving skills - Photoshop and Illustrator skills - A true passion for web development and to stand behind the product of your work - Experience with design frameworks, specifically Bootstrap and Foundation - Advanced experience in WordPress theme & plugin development - Experience in front-end web technologies a must: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, etc. - Experience building out WordPress themes from concept to production - Experience in resolving cross-browser compatibility issues - Ability to develop responsive websites and modernize legacy websites to be responsive - Ability to complete projects - Strong UI/UX Skills Technologies we use in a daily basis: HTML/CSS Bootstrap ([login to view URL]) JavaScript jQuery ([login to view URL]) jQuery UI ([login to view URL]) AngularJS ([login to view URL]) PHP 5.6+ Wordpress ([login to view URL]) What you'll be doing: - Building websites on WordPress platform - Modernizing legacy websites to better embrace responsive designs & new technologies - Solve technical issues and test accordingly - Communicating with our team on a daily basis through slack and Google hangouts. Additional skills desired (but not required): - Experience with full stack development (LAMP) - Vagrant / Virtual Machines - Linux system administration - Solid MySQL knowledge and performance tuning capabilities - Experience with support ticket systems. Zendesk a plus - Advanced JavaScript: jQuery, AngularJS, Node - Experience with ionic and mobile app development for Android and IOS devices.
