Help complete my Wordpress Theme

Hey Guys, I am looking for an extremely talented designer who has exceptional skills in wordpress. I am an expert in PHP and Wordpress so I don't want to work with beginners or people who don't know what they are doing. I need a well organized person with a proven track record and an outstanding portfolio to prove their abilities as well as excellent communication skills. I will verify every contact so please provide authentic proof. THE NATURE OF THE WORK: I have developed a Wordpress Theme with exceptionally unique elements or what rather you call Shortcodes. This theme is past advanced stages and this is its completion phase. The Freelancer: What I need is someone who can put the theme together using the currently developed (available) elements (shortcodes) with an absolutely unique modern and clean look. No need to know much of the coding as I can handle that and will always be available help to tweak any (if any) errors you may come by. So I need the chosen freelancer to put up pages and demo pages together using the tools and resources I will provide ie. images, text and content placements, and help to complete the theme within the next 12 days. I will also require that you help with documentation too. Future (Ongoing) Work: - I will need you to assist with support. - Customization - And general input.
