Need to create a program for backconnect HTTP proxy. I need the ability to create HTTP proxy that tunnels through SOCKS. The program would fetch a socks proxy from SOCKS SERVICE API (would need to select ISP/Country,etc by request). Then create a HTTP proxy on the server, that would tunnel traffic through the SOCKS proxy. Once the SOCKS proxy is down, it would need to fetcha new SOCKS from API again ( it must be a non-stopping process) so the tunneling doesn't stop. It should have small control panel where I would be able to create the HTTPS proxy, by selecting what to fetch from API (by entering country, ISP, etc). It should also show all running HTTP proxies at the moment, and they should all work until deactivated manually by me (they should automatically work after server restart etc.).
