Laravel - need to implement option for take picture by mobile and upload automatically

We looking for camera to open and take screenshot and attach the same file automatically and uploaded. In details.. I have lending pages where our user fill some data and some file attachment, So the attachment we want our user to give feature to take picture direct by clicking the button from our leads page and then attached those image direct and submitted. So our user will not have to browse the file and attach manually. Our lending page is in Laravel. Please bib only if you have done this kind of job or have knowledge other wise do not waste time.
