Long term collaboration - PHP/MySQL - analyze the code and write documentation of functions

We are searching for a long term collaboration with a freelancers company for the development of an e-commerce site based on PHP/MySQL, using the Seagull Framework.

We have many small projects to assign, between 300 and 500 $, for a collaborative growing of acknowledge of the Seagull Framework.

This project is about the creation of a system that analyze our code to find error coding (for example no standard naming), duplicated functions and write a COMPLETE documentation of each class / function we have (also where each function is used in the code).

Our code is changing so the system should be launched each time we need to rebuild the documentation or check the code (separatly).

You can use the existing program opensource you want but should be integrated with our administration that is wrote in PHP/MySQL with Seagull Framework.

The budget for this project is 500$
