Long term PHP developer for ongoing projects

We need additional PHP developer, yii1 and yii2 framework for work on ongoing projects. Knowledge of nodejs or python is a plus, but not required. As we are searching for a DevOps, We assume you can create app design by given specification from our designer almost pixel perfect and to deploy, configure and manage servers if needed.
Sometimes, it's needed to switch to project even during the same day, so please do not make big deal out of it, it's not rocket science: it's simple PHP MVC framework business app

Engagement is hourly, part-time up to 20 hrs/week for start and we will slowly take it from there. Also, the hourly rate can go up when you prove yourself.
For the start, we will go with the lowest amounts of proposals as previous "high ranked" developers could not even scrape a website :( Until you prove yourself as a valuable member of our team, we will check all of your work with the time tracker.
Also, please DO NOT apply if you're a junior developer as we will give negative reviews and ask for a refund, during problems with several developers lately.
