I am capable of creating custom modules for functionality that might not be available in drupal, and have experience working with payment gateways if that is part of the website plans. I am familiar with pageload speed enhancing techniques, such as server side caching of relatively static pages using nginx and php-fpm's caching mechanisms. I am from the west coast of Canada (pacific time), and so readily available in western timezones for ease of communication.
