Magento: Enable and disable with PHP script when on stock at supplier (xml)

Hi, We already have a lot of stock links (by php) with some suppliers. Now we have a new supplier which we need a stock script for. You can use the existing PHP scripts to modify. 1. When script runs load [login to view URL] 2. When EAN in the script matches our attribute code "ean" in our Magento backend THAN: 3. When column Stock_status = "Wegens succes tijdelijk uitverkocht" disable the product in magento 4. When column Stock_status = "Op voorraad" enable the product in magento When the script is finished we will run it by cron every night. Can someone fix this for us? attached you will find an example PHP Thanks!
