make page mobile friendly & create new page to upload to productlist table

Page [login to view URL] is not mobile friendly. Please change the view so that it can be mobile friendly without affecting its core functionality. On Mobile 1 product Should be shown as 1 page & swiping will take to next page.
Also new page is needed to add the product to above product list. So at a time one new product can be uploaded. This page also need to be mobile friendly. Product list table which will be updated has 4 fields login id, material, price, image. but this table to be extended to 10 images, so maximum 10 images should be allowed per product to load.
So user should be able to see on page [login to view URL] for one product 10 images by swiping.
