I need a full featured package for managing a high school marching band.
The people are students, parents, instructors, volunteers, staff, and boosters.
The events are auditions, concerts, competitions, fundraisers, rehearsals, etc..
The assets are uniforms, instruments, media, donations, spirit wear for sale, etc..
The forms are results, registration, medical, travel, absence, charts, schedules, etc.
The communications and procedures, and complete collaboration of all of these things need to be an all in one management system.
The design/plan needs to be presented to the band director for final approval so it needs to be in a presentable format prior to beginning the task. The project has already been approved though, so the approval of your presentation would be no problem so long as it has all features covered.
The site is being rebuilt from scratch and so far I have Joomla/Gantry 5 template up. Obviously this could be changed if necessary but no existing content to worry about. Also please note, the band and color guard consist of nearly 400 students... meaning 800 parents, and yeah its a big group.
