Modifying and debugging magento extensions with minor tweaks to website

[login to view URL] was hosted by [login to view URL] who developed custom made shipping and core extensions for the functionality of the website and the Aramex shipping method. Since I moved away from hosting my commerce website with them, some shipping extensions which 'call home' to their server stopped working. The shipping methods panels in the back end stopped appearing and now give a 404 error, even though the shipping calculations in the front end are still working. I need the following tasks:
PHASE 1 ([login to view URL])
1- Fix the back end so that I have access to the control of the shipping methods.
2- Update the core and other extensions from ModGit (total of 5 extensions including the Aramex shipping extension)
3- Remove the "login with G+ and Facebook" buttons at the to of the home page.
4- Integrate the Facebook and G+ pages with the social media icons on the home page (requires integration with the already existing API's/pages in twitter, FB and other social media accounts)
5- Sever all connections with the ShopGo server and lift the limits on the number of SKU's and stop reporting sales data back to them (comment out certain scripts and url's in certain files).

PHASE 2 ([login to view URL])
A mirror site [login to view URL] was created for development, testing and upgrading purposes. It currently has most of the products installed. It uses a newer theme (Orson). The developer is required to do the following
1- Do all the required upgrades on [login to view URL] same as [login to view URL] win terms of extensions (NOTE the back end of the shipping methods is still functioning in the .net version of the website)
2- Do necessary configurations in the website design to amend menus, banners, brands, categories, home page design, footers, headers and checkout page to bring up to date and custom designed to client requirements.
3- Import latest sales and products data back into the .net site before final migration.
4- Migrate the .NET (new and improved) website into the .com
5- Test and debug and make sure all is 100% working correctly.
6- Optimise website for SEO, Google rich snippets, ...etc for optimum SEO performance and ranking.
7-Make sure all the social media accounts are correctly linked to the website/domain with properly working product sharing buttons and tools by users to social media platforms.
The consultant/freelancer needs to offer ongoing technical support for at least 12 months past the completion date of Phase 2.
