Need help with facebook API

Hi,

Straight to the point, I want to post live videos on groups I am member of NOT ADMIN. I am trying to do this but I am getting this error "Requires either publish_to_groups permission and app being installed in the group, or manage_pages and publish_pages as an admin with sufficient administrative permission". I have checked scope in access token tool and it look fine, so please help me out with this.

I can't share login details etc you have to tell me what to check etc so I will do myself and tell you the result.

My budget is $10.
