Need Signup page added to current website.

I want to ad a signup page to my current website. This should be the first page people see when coming to the website. I want this for the purpose of making people join before they see and content within the website. Page should include area for current members to log into their account. Do not bid on this project if you require any money upfront. As you can see by my feedback I do pay. However I have also learned in the past when money is given up front the job is NEVER finished. I will not do that again and you will not get any money up front from me. I will not put money into escrow as well. I know how many here play that system. This is a simple job. You build on your server. You show me a fully function page you get paid then load page to my website. If you do not agree to these terms do not bid. I will not hire you. Please put in your bid you agree to terms. If I do not see this I will delete your bid. Prefer someone who can accept paypal as a payment.
