I need website which works with Facebook API

Hi Experts ! I am looking for an expert who can build a website for me in PHP which fetch data from Facebook using Facebook API. After fetching data like Name, Phone Number, Email, Friend list and Gallery i want to do some crazy things with them and than prepare a post for sharing on Facebook using fetched data. For example : Who will be your life partner ? When user (He) click on our link our website fetch its friend list and pick a random profile of any girl or most closest to Him and prepare a post with picture and graphics "Dina will be your life partner". Post consist on a picture and name of both profiles etc. after this he will be able to share on Facebook by a single click.
