Hi, this is a News & Information Portal that allows:

- updated content to be displayed on the homepage

- Users to search for content thru a search Page that allows them to enter up to 9 keywords

- Admin to upload new content and assign up to 9 keywords to each new document (which can be text, html, pdf, jpeg, gif, word, in nature)

- Admin to be allow other sub-admins to login and submit new content.

*Please note: Search only needs to be able to retreive keywords (and NOT crawl into document, eg text or pdf)

** Linux Server with PHP, MySQL Database will be provided to do this
