Ordersystem in PHP SQL Bootstrap

​This project will be a core php sql order system that will use the AdminLTE bootstrap template. My client wants a new order system for his products. What this system does, his clients can adds orders and my client will receive them in his email. My client makes custom products. So there are a few standard product, a licenseplate holder for example, you can add your text to it, and you can pick your font and color. There is one admin account! But maybe in the future, there will be 2. So the possibility must be there for 2 admin users. We dont work with pricing or invoicing in this system. So only placing an order. One order can contains 3 products with custom text on it. How the dashboard menu will be build up for the administrator: Dashboard (with the widgets discussed) Orders (can see all the orders, when the order is finished, you can mark it as finished, after the order is payd, you can put it in the archive. so it moves from orders to archive then) New order (you can create a new order over here) Archive (all the orders that have been put in the archive.) Products (can see all the products and can make adjustments to it. All the products have 1 image.) Add new product Users (new users , edit users, delete users) There is only one admin account Reports (dropdown) Sales order report Settings System settings (System name, system title, address, phone, system email, logo) Order settings (the email address the order will be send to) Email settings (Default PHP mail, but you can select SMTP settings) Email template HTML (for the mail the admin gets, and the mail the customer will receive) Language (maybe a language file here? this script needs to be in my own language, i will translate it to my own. I also have a example for this) Logout How the dashboard menu will be build up for the user: Dashboard Orders ( can see all the orders he did, new and archived.) New order (can create a new order here) Profile (edit his settings, password and his personal image) Logout Features - Forgot password on the login screen - Working TODO widget from the theme on the dashboard(for the admin only and not the same for the other admin if a second admin is active) - Widgets on the dashboard like: # open orders, # orders in 2016, # customers, # total orders all time - Translate in my own language, by language file or dictionary in the menu settings. - SMTP Email - The notification bar working (The bell in admin LTE theme) (User X placed new order, Users X updateted his profile) - The message bar working (The envelope in admin LTE theme) that display's max 5 open orders - The task bar working (The flag in admin LTE theme) See the todo's - Search bar (AJAX query) must be working for things like, Customer name, Order ID, phone numer The order form will be provided after the project is accepted.
