PhP AWS installation for video to blog

I want to host videos that I have on my blogs to an AWS account with Amazon. I also need a good video plugin installed on my wordpress accounts. There are several out there that are free, but if a paid solution is better for the long term than I'll do that instead.

I have an account with Amazon's AWS service however I don't know any server side languages so i'm having difficulty creating a bucket. This is simple PHP, but since I'm a PHP newbie it ain't so simple for me...

There is a firefox extention called S3fox that looks like the easy way to do this, but as with most free stuff there's no support--so i'm stuck.

I'm looking for a long term relationship with a php programmer that is familiar with Word Press, plugins, video, etc. This is a small project and most of my stuff is small stuff but I manage a lot of blogs so i'll have a lot of these little projects.
