PHP website is not working after moving to new server

In the snapshot, there is "ERR_CONNECTION_TIMEOUT" Two things: 1. Connection time out = When the firewall is blocking the connection 2. Connection refused = When the socket is not listening in the server. So, the simple solution is, please make sure you open port 80 and 443 in the security policy of AWS and you should be good to go.
