phpauction upgrade

Please bid only if you know how auction site work and good knowledge with phpauction. this job was already taken just bad luck my programmer is sick and he cannot complete it. 1) add a script for customer to buying banner space all over the site,it is like classifed advertise and member can bid for it, (with bidding function) 2) the about me content will allow memeber to give a link to show their feedback record on different site,what information they willing to release like paypal address, phone no, msn,web and skype they can choose to release now or when other member ask, ideal to fight scam. 3) config and have the image upload to other site idea to save bandwidth 4) have the site clone for different country and work with same member base and install phpbb. 5) install some code that i had ready in hand 6) selling verify function with paypal or please quote what can be done in 30 hours's work, i can complete my project in different stage if you got any question in any point, please ask! and only bid if you able to complete,
