Prestashop Central Database Continuance

I am seeking a developer to finish an online database for importation of supplier feeds to generate CSV files appropriate for Prestashop import. This is not a fixed requirement, if the developer wishes to rewrite the application please propose such. I had contracted a previous developer who has since become unreachable after completing the initial milestones. Supplier files are in CSV , XML and HTML and are generated by 3rd part applications to be manually imported into central database (not on fixed schedule). Output files will be in CSV (Europe CSV with semicolon delimiter) for prestashop only products and combinations files (samples attached) Each supplier will be imported separately and each supplier data structure is different therefore the concept is that each supplier gets it's own tab (please see concept document and test site).  The concept is that the solution is extensible and the winning freelancer will be contracted to add new suppliers at a later date. (i have more suppliers to add beyond the intial ones supplied) Product images (links contained in import files) are to be downloaded to local server.  The database should keep track of which products are new/changed and create appropriate export files. That way if the database contains 10,000 items but only 200 are new or have changed properties. The export will only contain 200 items. Individual products can be excluded or overridden. If excluded a product would exist in the central database but never enter the export. If overridden, if individual values are manually modified i.e, wholesale price or description and the product is imported again those values would not be modified but other values may be. E.g. If description is modified and the wholesale price changed, the wholesale price would be updated in central but the description would remain what was manually set. Markups and sales can be applied globally, on a supplier basis or on a category basis per supplier. The system is NOT a multi user system, there will only be one user therefore all that is requires is a simple password protection to access the application. I have attached the original design concept document The source code for the implemented system will be provided to the winning freelancer upon award. The functionality of the system can be tested at the test site with the following file: Supplier1(Hanes)(original).csv Test Site: > details will be provided < Please inform me if it breaks, i can restore from backup. Project Milestones (First milestone): 1) Correct the import for Supplier1. The vendor has added new columns to the export file, these do NOT need to be added to the database they can be disregarded. 2) Finish the export process for Supplier1 to generate the combinations export to conform to the Prestashop standard (example) "[login to view URL]" 3) Correct existing bug with product ID's . When the clear all function is sued (to delete all products from supplier) and re-import done, product ID's don't re-start from zero. 3) Add additional functionality with regards to price increases/decreases  (Second Milestone) 1) Integration of Second Supplier (supplier2) 2) Testing of global export with both suppliers integrated (Third Milestone) 1) Integration of Third Supplier (supplier3) 2) testing of global export with all current suppliers integrated (Fourth Milestone) Once the first three suppliers are online, we will add suppliers until complete (there are currently at least 4 more suppliers to add to the database) If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me.
