Quick Script to report the dimensions of a video

I need a quick PHP script to report the dimensions of a video file (.mp4 format) that is already on the server. Show me it working and I'll release payment asap. First working script gets the job.

(server already has a version of ffmpeg on it - $ffmpeg_path="/usr"; if you wish to use it)

I expect bids no more then $30 or less.
