Repair existing Arduino code for ESP8266 WiFi Module

I require the attached Arduino code for a ESP8266 to be fixed. The program connects to my router as intended but the httppost() routine does not work. The httppost() fails to establish a TCP connection whereby it fails to post the “hum” and “temp” variable values to the .php website form. I have attached both the Arduino sketch and PHP website script in the attached text file.
