Resolve an error on website

The as is process on my website for a user to register is as follows; User click add listing page> fill out information including user name, email and password> user click submit> a validation link is sent to users email> user click on link to validate email> link direct user to his account on the site showing the listing just created. Issue/Error/Problem Randomly for some users, once they click submit listing and click on the validate link in their email, it take them to the account on the site but does not show any listing created. In the back end also admin cannot see the listing. so basically the users listing gets lost . I need an experience php programme who understand this issue/error/ and can fixed. please note this does not apply to all user but randomly. Only bid if you have read this description
