Scrape pages then use API to store results in Mysql

I have a database of hashtags. I need each of those tags searched for on a page, same url, just the hashtag changes in the url to search. We will need to see the time on hashtag results of the scraped page and count how many posts it got in the last 30min. We will store how many posts it got and then use Twitter API on the top 150 results to get a true number. We will then store that true number in a db. The page being scraped will only show 19 results per hashtag at a time while scraping. So when we find out which ones have the top number of posts, we use twitter API to see the exact number in the last 30min. It's a pretty simple php and html_dom setup to crawl the URL's adding the tag from my db, count the posts in the last 30min for that hashtag, store the result, then use twitter api on the top 150 hashtags to count the true number of posts with that hashtag, then store the final number in the db.
