script booking appointments visa application form

hello i want a programmer who programs me a script on the website [login to view URL] it's the same on the site [login to view URL] the difference is that the Algerian site goes online only 15 mins per day and the fields are not displayed when the site is online (I can not stay 24 hours in front of the pc) I'm looking for a script that makes the stain for example (alert + auto entry of information in the form + auto entry recaptcha) you can see the template of the form on the website: [login to view URL] so i have a trouble in booking appointments of site ([login to view URL] ) in my country Algeria .... the Algerian site goes online only 15 mins per day in a week so when the site is open i get a lot of problems like 504 timeout getway and captcha verification field ... i want acces to the website and book appointements without getting troubles of captcha verification feild and 504 timeout getaway
