SENIOR LEVEL WordPress Designer and Developer - Please Read The Description Carefully And Answer Accordingly In Bid -- LOOM VIDEO REQUIRED

We are looking for a high-quality WordPress designer and developer for our team. We do a great deal of our work using the DIVI and Elementor themes, so a high degree of experience and skill with this theme is advantageous. Also, we develop real estate websites and work with IDX BROKER, Estatik, and Diverse Solutions. We also do many Ecommerce websites using woo-commerce, Clover (POS to Website Real-Time Inventory), and GEO Directory (business directory). You must have incredible communication skills in English and work in a team environment (as you will work with many other contractors and clients). YOU ARE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT A LOOM VIDEO WITH THIS BID FOR CONSIDERATION SO THAT WE CAN BE ASSURED OF YOUR VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS IN ENGLISH AND ABILITY TO USE LOOM SINCE WE USE LOOM AS ONGOING COMMUNICATION PLATFORM WITH CLIENTS. Accordingly, if you have experience or a skill set with these themes, tools, and applications, it will be beneficial. We work on SLACK, so knowledge of communication on Slack is a MUST.
Due to the way our work and assignments come in, you will need to be available between 8 AM - 4 PM EDT (New York, USA) to check in on assignments and give updates.
We are seeking a highly-skilled designer, so please have examples of your work ready. Also, if you have done real estate websites, please be sure to include those.
We work on multiple sites and multiple projects - so this is not a posting for ONE JOB. This is a posting to find the right match for multiple future projects. We anticipate between 25-40 hours of work per week.
