Simple DB Table Structure - MySQL

I am looking for someone to do a really simple project, create a table structure for me. only the structure with some examples added in. table structure provides a COMMON structure for the following items: AjaxCrud jQuery HTML CSS PHP the structure will be for storing each function / API element for each of these into 1 location, provide the requirements for each api / function as well as entering a string for each. this is part of a MUCH larger project, but that will be explained later in another project. to start out the table structure it must have the following: --------------------------Table Basics-------------------------------------------------- ID Type (HTML, CSS, JS, AJAX, PHP) <-- can be expanded at a later time so should be dynamic. ClassName (jQuery, HTML, AjaxCrud, CSS, PHP) <-- can be expanded at a later time so should be dynamic. FunctionName NumberOptions <-- this is to provide the number of variables required by the function. InsertType <-- this is to determine how it is inserted (Cursor, WrapText) ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Don't bid more than $30 as it really isn't that big of a job, this is strictly to be the db structure as well as 2 examples from each "class". and provide a simple php script that will allow you to read the function from the table, and place the info into a text box. All basic and simple.
