Hi, I understand that you need an OCR application for Android which can read car numbers from number plates, and some additional information which is set by user, and that information to be put in an excel sheet. This excel sheet should be save-able and there should be an option to email. I can do this project in maximum a week. I am experienced Android developer, and have previously used Google's Mobile Vision API which can be used for OCR. The other requirements are straightforward enough.
