I need made a some changes in my Ibilling software, you can?
Hi friends !
I bought an online system called Ibilling and I need some changes
As I'm an accountant I want to provide the system to other companies through registration and login and be able to follow what they do, see your information.
1°In the master login I need to add a function, where I can see the registered companies, edit, lock, delete, and can also enter the company and have access to your numbers, the companies can be do a register.
For companies the Ibilling not change anything, will remain as is.
and I as master see everything they do independently.
And must be create an interface a registration companies, with a validator information and for my approval.
2º In Bank & cash - list accounts (i need change layout of accounts, must be in levels and sublevels)
Will have a 4 large groups, active, passive, income and expenses.
Inside them other groups, and inside these groups the accounts that will be used in the system
Ex:
1. Active
11 Assets
111 Avaliable
111.01 Checkout
111.01.0001 values in checkout
111.02 Banks
111.02.0001 Santander
2. Passive
3° An .ofx editor for me to upload the bank statements and link with the above accounts.
