Hello, i recently worked on a bot that was pretty similar to this, it was a sneaker bot that would send messages trough discord each time that a product was in stock, it was a pretty fast bot, so you could get alerted in real time. Please let me know if you are interested.

Scrape the website, compare the current state with previous and send email on change. Execute the script periodically at some free hosting (I like pythonanywhere :) ) and that should be it. Easy.
