TinyMCE editor - fix error [object Object]

I have a working website, for some unknown reason, the editor ""tinymce_4.0.2" started giving an error "Internal error [object Object]" when clicking insert link file or image. See attached for an example and page code
Task : Make tinymce_4.0.2 work again or install a updated one for page editing, needs file and image insert upload.
