Updates and Bug Fixing of an Existing PHP MySQL Application

We have an existing application which needs minor upgrades and bug fixing. The application is already developed but needs quality review and fixes. We have already reviewed the application and the issues have been identified and documented. The project is to fix the quality issues and develop some additional functionality. Ideal person to do the job would be someone who can easily understand the code written by someone else and modify the same as required. It requires medium to expert levels of expertise in PHP, HTML, CSS and MySQL. The application is written in 'PHP' with 'MySQL' as back-end. Please access and go through the attached document showing application screens and functionality before quoting your rates. This will be a time and materials not to exceeded job. Please quote your hourly rates. Tasks will include: 1. Understanding existing Code and Architecture 2. Fixing some existing bugs 3. Developing an additional functionality. This would need PHP, HTML & CSS Skills. 4. Database Management and entry/import of data. This would need proficiency in MySQL. 5. Deployment Support. You would be required to maintain a time sheet. Payments will be done on completion of milestones. Milestones will be created and time budgets will be agreed upon before start of each milestone. Milestone 1 - Fixing of existing issues with regression check Milestone 2 - Completion, review, fixes and approval of new functionality. Milestone 3 - Successful deployment and pilot of application.
