urgent php project

i need a time critical php project completed. The project is partially built. the project will consist of modifying the initial form (adding a few fields) and then writing the results of the form to a db. then an email will be generated and sent to the user that will contain a link where the user can click on to confirm. when the user confirms, the record needs updated in the db

I need a developer ready to begin the project at 1:30PM GMT and ready for an immediate start -- this is time critical.
