Web-Based SAAS ERP Solution

I need an online accounting system on the following lines:

1. UI and over-all look should be similar to [url removed, login to view] and the system should contain all general capabilties of Xero (including partner addition, emailing of invoicing, multi-currency, charging customers, auto-generation of invoices to my customers, their management etc.)

2. GL capabilities like Quickbooks (multi-level chart of accounts)

3. Inventory management as offered in Vend and other online systems

4. Easy-to-use POS

5. User Management (ability to allow user read or write access (write can be divided into creating new records and editing records which are already existing).

5. GL, Inventory & POS should be integrated and should support user management

6. Dashboard similar to Xero

7. Ability to add custom fields to the dashboard

8. Reports similar to Xero, Quickbooks & Vend. Additional reports like employee-wise sales and management of shifts must be included.

9. Ability to white-label and co-label the solution for customers (including setting up custom domain)

10. Should be compatible with Firefox and Chrome

11. Option to edit color scheme using a drop-down menu

12. The solution/ web-based system should be able to open on smartphones and mobile devices and could be easily used on them.

13. The source code of the system will be solely owned by me and you will not be able to re-use it in other products whether the UI is similar or not.

Kindly enlighten me whether you understand all the requirements enumerated above along with the timeline in which the modules can be delivered. Please make sure that you list features, screen-names and module-wise reports that would be included in the solution in your proposal/

Kindly also specify the technology you will use in the front and back-end. I prefer we use opensource standards to avoid license costing. Advice about hosting specs I should get for implementing such a service should also be there.

Kindly also enlighten me about free support, if any along with charges of adding further modules as I plan to add Payroll, Student Management, Hostel Management and Manufacturing in the future. Continuous support and maintenance cost should also be specified, especially if I get a lot of customers and need to outsource the back-end management to you in entirety.

As this project will result in a long-term relationship, I dont want anyone who doesnt have prior experience in development of such software and I wont entertain generalized proposals.
