Web programmer php html5 mysql codeigniter (speak English good)

Hi programmers

fullduplex is a telecom platform.

i am looking for someone that will join a team to work with us full time as we have a lot to get done in a short time. 6 days a week,

- the programmer must have good experience in php to work with the web designer.

- able to create API in Json

- must be fast

- must speak English by voice skype

- must be able to locate security issues

- good mysql skill for rapid quires

- and good internet connection.

i am looking for around $500 a month full time-long term commitment.
