Website Needed - Holiday/Leave Tracker for Businesses

Hi, I am looking for a developer to create a website aimed at small to medium sized businesses to improve on their holiday and absence tracking functions for their employees. This will involve;
-Creating a database of employees & departments and the ability to import staff/departments in to the system.
-Employee will have their own dedicated login and can access the website to request annual leave.
-Managers will be able to approve these requests and they will be added to the employees own calendar.
-A central departmental calendar where leave can be viewed by employees/managers of other staff.
-Different admin rights for employee, manager, admin, super admin.
-Calculations of annual leave balances and the ability to roll over days in to the following holiday year.
-Website will need to be secure connection for confidentiality purposes.
-Website will need to be slightly customisable so that businesses can change the navigation bar colour and upload their own logo.
-Intergrations with Google Calendar/Outlook
-Website will need to look fresh and modern, intuitive to use and run solidly.
