Woocommerce - import products and etc. from json api

Hi, I have more than 8 years experience in worpress + woocommerce. I have read API document, I can develop wordpress plugin to import all products into woocommerce store. about this "Also it would be nice when someone orders on my site the order is created at my distributor" => I can do this as another plugin, could be other job.
