Woocommerce Plugin Connect to REST API

Please give me a quote to write a WooCommerce plugin to connect to REST api. (I will attached the api to you when u email me)

The plugin should be installable with proper CRUD menu and action screens.

If the APIs are too many to the cost of the project, you can help me create a basic plugin that :

1) connects the username and password to login to the other system

2) a basic CRUD framework and screen to execute the REST
