Wordpress Gravityforms plugin missing from site

We have a wordpress site that is using beaverbuilder with the powerpack for beaverbuilder which contained the gravity forms module. Suddenly the module is missing and the one form we have on the contact us page is missing. The database still contain tables for gravity forms and there is still a gravityforms folder in the Wordpress plugins folder (but seems like there was some autoupdate last month which removed most of the files). There are 2 possible solutions here: 1) Add a new form for the contact us page (there are 7 fields which are all mandatory and validated using jquery/ajax.. ie no javascript popups please) using any form plugin you wish. Preference is for something that stores the values, but we are open. 2) Fix the issue so gravity forms works again. Only bid if you have at least 20 perfect feedbacks
