Wordpress Membership Site w/lead plugin and in-house autoresponder.

I have a membership site I'm setting up to promote another company, and I need a lead dashboard with an in-house autoresponder for my members. The autoresponder needs to be able to be customized for the new member on our team. I.E. if they upload their picture, it get's inserted into the autoresponder with their sig. (If that needs to be a manul process that's fine) I'm currently using wpprofitbuilder for drag and drop pages, wp leads press for the lead dashboard (doesn't work, or can't figure it out) , and Instamember membership plugin. I have a 3rd party transactional e-mail service "Mandrill by Mailchimp" so I can view all e-mail stats, and so the e-mails are "whitelisted" and go directly into inbox. So basically here's how I want it setup. The homepage has a menu with 5 pages for them to check out the basics to see what we're offering, and on each page I want there to be an option to "opt-in"... ( I want to be able to change the funnel pages on the fly if I need to and it take effect for everyone globally) That opt-in would be a "lead" in the referring members dashboard. I would like to have a referral link that drops off when the site loads so it doesn't look like it's from a referring affiliate. The referring member gets a SMS and/or e-mail notification of the new lead. (Wp leads press does this, but does not do sms) Upon opting in, they see the next set of pages (3 or 4) where they check out the company -being cookied the whole time. (I have a plugin to change menus for different pages) If they determine they want to join our team, they purchase the system, THEN they get into their dashboard to sign up using their referring members link to the main company, and save it in their back office so the sales funnel will be branded to them now. There needs to be an option if they don't want to be an affiliate, and they just want to become a customer, for them to do that (using the referring memebers aff ID) I would also like to be able to make changes to the sales funnel on the fly. Adding/ removing pages to the sales funnel, and creating different funnels for them to promote in their back office with affiliate banners. I need "Minor" changes to instamember so I can change what is required for registration, and things like that. I'm pretty savvy, but I'm no coder. My host has a staging area, so you will be happy about that! It needs to be delivered on their setup. I'm using [login to view URL] for hosting I'll have MUCH, MUCH more work to come for the developer that takes on this project! This is just basic infrastructure work I need at the moment.
