Setup a contact manager and weekly newsletter with automatic "drip feed" marketing emails.
This project requires a signed Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before starting.
1) Existing site is WordPress theme with VideoPro WP plugin that is currently under development.
2) Existing site has registered user signup and login functions completed.
3) Select & Install a newsletter WordPress plugin. The newsletter would contain links to the user's recent activity on our site. Our site allows the user to upload and manage content that is private (i.e., only seen by that user). The newsletter would have links back to their private content pages.
4) Setup automatic "drip-feed" marketing emails. "drip-feed" refers to automatically sending out a set of predefined emails to new users when they register. For example, email 1 (with predefined content) is sent to them when they first register. Email 2 would be "X" days later with different predefined content. Email 3 would be 1 week later with predefined content. Then the newsletter would be sent out every 1 or 2 weeks with content scraped from site based on their activity.
5) Each email would be html based with logo and ETAs (Call to Actions) and link-backs to our website.
6) Have the ability to send custom on demand emails to our mailing list.
7) Allow the user to unsubscribe to the newsletter.
8) Newsletter plugin should allow an admin to see at least some basic analytics data such as link backs.
9) Upon your recomendadtion the newsletter plugin would be purchased separately and you would install.
