I would like to hire a Web Developer

My background: I have been in hospitality recruitment for 7 years originally in the UK and now based in Dubai overseeing the MEA markets. Ultimately I am looking for someone to develop a job board that will have extra functions, mainly video functions for ease of hiring professionals at all levels. The job board will work like a typical job board similar to '[login to view URL]' and the functionality of the project will be similar to: [login to view URL] As am employer you can advertise for a specific job 'Restaurant Manager' for example, you will then be able to 'Yes', 'No', 'Maybe' the applications. Those who would be suitable for the job can then be sent (through the website) the opportunity to answer, via webcam, pre-defined questions outlined by the employer. The employer can then log-in and view the responses of the potential candidates. Moving on from this stage if the employer would be keen to schedule a 2 way video conference call then this could be scheduled and processed through the website. There are a few companies in the USA doing something similar in terms of software/function but not as a job board, those companies are: Hire Vue, Spark Hire, Sonru. Any information around pricing, timescales and how much it would cost to maintain this considering a number of videos will be uploaded would be much appreciated. Kind Regards
